Lindt Excellence Sea Salt Caramel Financier
- 75g Butter
- 100g Lindt Excellence Sea Salt Caramel
- 110g Brown sugar
- 50g Plain flour
- 50g Almond meal
- 4each Egg white
- Pinch of Salt
- 60g Lindt Excellence Sea Salt Caramel, chopped

Preheat the oven to 200°C
- 1. Gently melt together the butter and the first amount of chocolate. Set aside to cool..
- 2. Place the dry ingredients into a bowl.
- 3. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks with the salt.
- 4. Mix the cooled chocolate and fold in the egg whites in stages.
- 5. Last mix in half of the chopped chocolate, divide mixture into moulds and top with rest of the chocolate.
- 6. Bake for approx. 15 minutes
